TRAIN TO BECOME A BREATHING COACH AND HELP YOUR PATIENTS IN MYOFUNCTIONAL THERAPY
Oral breathing is one of the most common disorders that presents in Myofunctional Therapy cases. And yet it is one of the least understood conditions and one of the most difficult to treat.
Based on the Buteyko Breathing Method, Breathing Re-Education is a systematic approach that accelerates the body's ability to comfortably breathe through the nose day and night.
Learn to identify the symptoms of breathing dysfunction and tailor the approach based on the patient's needs.
The past year has only increased the public's awareness around the importance breathing and the vulnerability we face when we don't protect our respiratory system. This means there is growing demand for breathing instructors and breath specialists. From well-being to sports, and in the dental, medical, scientific, and therapeutic communities, awareness of breathing re-education is growing.
Buteyko breathing exercises deliver results for clients in the first session. Combined with the powerful effects of Myofunctional Therapy, you will come away with a wealth of knowledge and tools to treat your Myofunctional Therapy cases and beyond.
The exercises you will learn are explained alongside relevant scientific research. The method is safe and natural if taught as instructed. In fact, in order to ensure safe and efficient use, only certified instructors may teach the Buteyko Method.

What Is Included In This Course
WHY CHOOSE THE BUTEYKO METHOD?
The current global interest in breathwork means new breathing certifications and methods are available. The Buteyko Method is one of the few techniques that has been examined and found to be effective in independent clinical trials. The first of these trials was undertaken in 1995; more than 20 years before many other methods appeared.
While Buteyko Instructor training has all the potential to provide a secure career, the Buteyko Method is not based on a market-driven trend. Nor is it positioned to exploit fear around Covid-19. Instead, the focus is on breathing re-education and its long-term health benefits.

HOW CAN I USE THE TRAINING?
Breathing is a trending topic. ‘Breathwork’ is now entering the public consciousness as a powerful ‘bio-hack’ for optimal performance and better health.
The bestselling status of several new books about the breath, articles in mainstream media and the impact of a global respiratory tract virus have created a demand for breathing experts. More people are taking proactive measures to improve their own health, build resilience and explore their full potential.
In North America, nearly 40 percent of people now integrate weekly meditation and breathwork into their schedules. People are approaching breathing instructors to help them reach personal goals around productivity, stress management, health and athletic performance. According to Google, 52 million users downloaded the top 10 meditation apps in 2019.
Despite this growing interest, there are still only a limited number of Buteyko instructors worldwide.
This training offers the opportunity to meet the needs of your clients, integrate new skills into your existing practice or specialize purely as a breathing instructor. You can earn a good living in the process.
WHICH CONDITIONS CAN THE BUTEYKO METHOD HELP WITH?
Studies have shown that Buteyko breathing exercises can be used successfully across a range of health problems including:
High Blood Pressure
Childhood mouth breathing
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Buteyko Method aims to normalize breathing to ensure the correct balance of respiratory chemistry. The exercises restore functional breathing, optimize oxygen uptake and improve respiratory muscle function. Poor breathing is responsible for a surprising number of common symptoms. The Buteyko Method gently re-trains this natural function, restoring harmony throughout the body’s systems.
WHO TYPICALLY USES THE METHOD?
Any person from the age of five upwards can learn how to breathe properly using the Buteyko Method. Our certified instructors worldwide teach children, teenagers, adults and the elderly, both male and female. The Method is easily integrated into your client’s daily routine.
